What we collect
When you reach out through the contact form, we ask for your email and company so we can reply meaningfully — plus your question itself. First name and role are optional.
We also capture basic visit information like most modern sites do — page paths, where you came from, and standard safeguards to keep the form free of spam. Nothing identifying beyond what you choose to share.
How we use it
To reply to your message, send the occasional update on what we're seeing in reputation strategy (opt-out anytime — see below), and keep the site running cleanly.
How long we keep it
Contact-form submissions live in our system for up to 90 days by default. If we're actively working together, your record stays for the duration of the engagement. After you unsubscribe, we suppress your record within 24 hours and stop sending emails.
Third-party services we use
A small set of trusted providers helps us operate the site. Each has its own privacy policy you can review:

We use cookies to better understand what's working on this site and, for visitors who opt in, to show our ads on a few other places they might be useful.
Visitors in the European Union, United Kingdom, wider EEA, Switzerland, and Canada see a cookie banner before anything runs and can pick what's comfortable. Visitors elsewhere see analytics and ad cookies on by default, consistent with applicable law. You can change your choice any time via the Manage cookies link in the footer.
Your rights — opt-out, access, deletion
- Opt out of emails — reply to any email from us with unsubscribe. We act on it within 24 hours.
- See or delete your record — email [email protected] and we'll respond within a few business days.

- CAN-SPAM Act (US) — every commercial email identifies the sender, includes a working opt-out, and shows our physical address: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Operations run from Dallas, TX.
- FTC fake-review rule — we don't generate, broker, or facilitate fake reviews. Ever.
- State privacy laws — our practice (don't sell data, don't track behaviorally beyond standard analytics, support deletion requests) is built to satisfy frameworks like TDPSA (Texas), CCPA (California), and equivalents. Get in touch if you have additional rights in your jurisdiction.
