What this covers

These terms apply to everyone who uses reyesreputation.com, the booking calendar, and the contact form, plus anyone who engages Reyes Reputation Strategy LLC for consulting work. By using the site or working with us, you agree to what's below.

What you can expect from me

I'll respond to every contact-form submission and booking within a reasonable window (usually one business day). On the call, we'll tell you honestly whether your situation is a fit. If it isn't, we'll point you somewhere that is.

Consulting engagements are documented in a separate statement of work that names the deliverables, the timeline, the fee, and the conditions for cancellation. The SOW controls if anything in these terms conflicts with it.

Acceptable use

Please use this site for legitimate inquiries. Don't try to break the contact form, scrape content at scale, or use any part of the site to send unsolicited messages elsewhere.

Intellectual property

The writing, design, illustrations, and brand assets on this site are the property of Reyes Reputation Strategy LLC. Quote a sentence or two with attribution if it's useful to your reader. Don't republish posts in full without asking.

Third-party trademarks (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Reddit, Google, AT&T, Edelman, FleishmanHillard, and others) belong to their respective owners. They appear here only to describe the work, not to imply any partnership or endorsement.

No warranties, no guaranteed rankings

Reddit, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Google all change their algorithms and policies on their own schedules. I won't promise specific rankings, citation counts, or revenue outcomes. What I commit to is the process documented in the statement of work, the discipline of FTC-compliant and platform-compliant work, and my honest read of what's working and what isn't.

Information on this site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reyes Reputation Strategy LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the consulting work.

Payment and cancellation

For engaged work, invoices are payable on the schedule named in the statement of work. Either side can pause or end a retainer with the notice period stated in the SOW (typically 30 days). Deposit policies, if any, are also in the SOW.

Jurisdiction

Reyes Reputation Strategy LLC is registered in Wyoming (30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801) and operates from Dallas, Texas. These terms are governed by Wyoming law. Any dispute will be resolved in a Wyoming court of competent jurisdiction unless we mutually agree to alternative dispute resolution.

Changes to these terms

If we update the terms, the "Last updated" date at the top changes. Material changes are emailed to active clients before they take effect.
